3. Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay resulting from events of force majeure.
4. The sums payable under this agreement/order will be RMB/USD________; And this appointment will automaticaly take effect upon the receipt of charge or the advance payment agreed by both parties.

Counterparts, for terms on those uncoverd matters, affiliated to the original, shall be treated as an integrity. Fax or email-form promises may enjoy same legal effects as well.
